Job Details:
-Greets visitors in person or on the telephone
-Answering or referring enquiries.
-Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
-Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
-Keeps up telecom system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 to 3 years experience within similar role
-Must have corporate background
-English Speaking knowledge
-Be a smart and Presentable
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
