Requirements:
* Candidate who would be an MBA / CA / CPA or equivalent,
* Candidates should be minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity and preferably in
the facilities management industry.
* Candidates must have skills in financial management, planning, budgeting, strategy
formulation and cash flow management as well as strong and effective leadership skills
