Keys and Responsibilities :- 1. Managing a team of 10 to 15 staff. 2. Responsible for achieving sales target for the entire segment. 3. Timely and regular market related feedback on (Competition, Promotions/Sales Trend) 4. Providing training to field staff and ensure the development plans are implemented.
Profile:
Skills Required :- 1. Graduate with 8 years of experience in FMCG or food distribution company. 2. Having knowledge of Kuwait market. 3. Having hands on experience in Van Sales. 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
