An established branded food company, based in the United Arab Emirates requires an experienced International Sales Manager, to further develop their business in the Middle East and beyond.
The company owns a number of well known brands that are gaining recognition within the GCC, as well as operating a number of manufacturing facilities in the country as well as co-manufacturing agreements around Asia and Europe.
Reporting to the company’s General Manager and responsible for a small team, the successful candidate will be part of the Leadership Team for the business. This will involve leading by example in all interactions, setting and achieving targets and developing a winning culture.
The successful candidate will need to fulfill these minimum requirements: 
-  More than 5 years experience in an international sales role, in the Middle East. 
-  Excellent communication skills in English. 
Experience in the food, beverage or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Experience of leading others to jointly achieve goals.
-  The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in appropriate subjects (Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines) and have a track record in growing sales volume and value.
