I am a recruitment associate and we have an urgent opening in one of the leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia. 

Here is the detailed job description for the same. 

Job location: Saudi Arabia - Jeddah 

Designation:- Payable controller 

Purpose of the job 

Review and ensure that all payments & PO’s are in accordance with the company policies & procedures and ensure the continued compliance of all internal controls within the company. 

Key Accountabilities:- 

1. Payments 
Execute payments accurately, to ensure that the services and/ or goods are delivered at the recorded and promised cost/ amount, in accordance with the approved purchase orders and financial and payment policies. 

2. Internal Controllership 
Assist the Manager Treasury to develop and effectively maintain all internal controls. 

3. Financial Data 
Assist the Procurement Department in ensuring compliance with approved purchasing procedures. 

4. People Management 
Ensure and manage an effective treasury/ accounts payable department, required number and quality of people, and effective people management in line with companies HR policies, in order to enable realization of the departmental goals. 

Job Requirements:- 

• Educational level: Bachelor degree / diploma in accounting 
• Minimal experience: 5-10 years 
• Languages: English, Arabic
