    Performance Indicators

·         Assessing, prioritizing and scheduling work load for foremen & technicians

·         Ensure a safe & productive operation through proper implementation & administration of company policies and procedures all the time

·         Demonstrate specific expertise in pumps, writing specification, standard development, failure analysis, pump selection, factory testing and retrofitting.

·         Conduct field inspections and make recommendations for changes in facilities or operations.

·         • Review the overhaul, repair and test of products in accordance with approved repair procedures and determine required process and lead-time to complete in accordance with the works order.

·         Ensure that the customer is promptly informed and updated on all findings during repair or overhaul.

·         Ensure that all work is agreed and authorized by the customer prior to any work

·         Manage workloads and prioritize resources to ensure that all work is completed on time.

·         Ensure that all work is completed to company standards and clients expectation.

·         Ensure all technical/inspection reports are completed/filed in accordance with approved company standards.

·         Coordinate the supply and flow of all workshop consumables, materials, replacement parts and components

·         Maintain a high standard of personnel / workshop / equipment / machines and tooling cleanliness.

·         Continuous improvement and compliance with all QHSE policies, practices and procedures.

·         Assist in the selection, induction, training, performance management and personnel development of staff.Troubleshoot and manage any interruptions or deterrents to production.

·         Operate and maintain all manual and CNC shop equipment to produce parts as directed.

·         Machine complex prototype and production parts and assembled products as directed.

·         Document and maintain inspection reports, material specifications and other documents for all manufactured parts.

·         Write and modify programs and program the machine control as required. Edit programs at machine as required.

·         Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance – repair or make new parts for existing machinery.

·         Participate in the hiring, training and disciplining of new and existing employees.

·         Provide training and guidance to less experienced workers.

·         Achieve schedule dates.

·         Achieve Productivity.
