Job Purpose:
Support the Strategy Execution Manager in the execution of the Group and Sectors’ strategic priorities and programs through effective coordination of a strategy performance review and reporting system.
Support the Strategy Execution Manager in communicating of the Group’s strategies, values and culture within Corporate Center and among Operating Companies.

Education
• University Degree in Business or Allied Fields
• Post-graduate qualification in business studies is a plus (e.g. MBA)
Experience(s)
• 7 years multi-disciplinary business experience after 1st degree
• 4 years experience coordinating the strategic performance process in a strategy consultancy or in a strategy function
Professional Qualifications or Certifications (from recognized institutions or professional regulation bodies) Required, if any.
• Evidence of care and attention to continuing professional development (e.g. Certified post-graduate studies from leading institutions)
Computer Skill / Proficiency:
• Proficient in M/soft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Communication Skills Required
• Clear concise communicator - written and oral
• Able to present complex ideas in a straightforward, understandable way
• Confidently able to contribute to strategic thinking and discussion
