Doha Bank, one of Qatar's leading and award winning banks is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Manager - Retail Banking (Reference No. HR/MRB03). Applicants should be graduates in a related discipline. Work experience of 7 - 10 years in retail is required. Minimum 3 years of experience should be in a similar position. Should be familiar with local laws and regulations. Need excellent staff management skills. The main duties to be performed by this position are :
> Ensures that the branch conduct activities within the prescribed policy and procedure guidelines.
> Meets annual targets and objectives pertaining to consumer loans, customer service, and revenue generation.
> Responsible for all the business development activities of the Retail Business.
> Designs and develops marketing and sales plans and strategies for developing Retail Banking business of the Bank.
> Conduct market research to identify target market segment.
> Oversees the development of products and keeps track of competitor products and their pricing.
> Evaluates and recommends repackaging of existing products.
> Oversees the customer complaint management and ensure that customer grievances are sorted out expeditiously.
> Conducts customer satisfaction surveys and identifies weakness. Develops action plans to overcome identified weakness.
> Relationship Management of retail customers and identifies new markets for product sales.
> Establish tie-ups with relevant institution aiming at generating additional revenues and differentiated offering / services.
> Recommend and develop promotional campaigns aiming at increasing awareness and attracting more business.
