Job Details:
•Planning and documenting regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing work, service performance and new solutions/technologies that will benefit the client’s business.
•Indulge with business management to identify their requirements.
•Preparing proposals for fresh projects/clients.
•Implementing larger IT projects including Server upgrades, business merges, office moves, PC roll outs etc.
•Supporting the service desk team with support calls.
•Liaising with clients on a daily basis to meet their IT requirements
Requirements:
*Must have minimum 5 years of sales experience
*Good experience in selling IT Solutions and Managed Services
*MCITP/MCSA Certification preferred.
*Solid understanding about customer and market dynamics and requisites
*Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
*Valid UAE Driving license
