Job Description
Manage (Software + Hardware)Staffs (Total 4 staffs)
Handling and coordinating Software & hardware Development & Enhancement, and to prepare R&D accordingly.
Understand the FOREX Application, Manage, Provide Support and Execute the required Customizations and Enhancements
Preparation of Detailed Process Flow for Functional Requirements
Preparation of Functional and Technical Specifications as per Management and End Users requirement
System Design, Development, Testing and Implementation
Provide functional training to End Users
Design and Develop Reports for Management and End Users
Version Control, Configuration and Release Management
Database Administration Activities:
Installation, configuration & upgrading of MS-SQL Servers
Database Management, Database Tuning and Performance Monitoring
Ensure Regular Database Back-ups, Restoration and Recovery if needed
Co-ordinate with Hardware and Networking Team to preclude the downtime of the FOREX Application Software
Knowledge in configuration and administration of Windows 2003 server, Cisco Routers and Switches, Terminal Server, networking etc.
Direct Reporting to Senior Software Developer/ DGM/ GM
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ MCA • Good communication skills in both oral & written English •
Positive attitude towards problem solving and while coordinating with end users, management, team and vendors • Should be Independent and Self Learning
Experience 8 - 12 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers ) , PG - Masters in Computer Application ( Computers )
