Menatelecom, most powerful broadband provider in Bahrain is looking for suitable candidates for the post of IT Manager ( Ref No. FIN2013/223 ). All the applicants should be a BS or BA degree holder in Computer Science. At least 10 years of experience in a senior technology management role is required. Should be experienced in internet, e-commerce and database. Need excellent leadership qualities with experience in building and managing a strong IT team.

> Make sure taht the IT infrastructure for the company is sufficiant to acheive goals.
> Formulate, execute and follow up IT policies and procedures.
> Formulate, execute and follow up the IT systems and hardware infrastructure as needed.
> Manage the IT Organization and Staff.
> Provide support to staff with their PC.
> Operate the IT networks with minimum downtime.
> Control operating costs.
> Maintain the security and integrity of the Mena corporate communications network.
> Specify, write and practically operate a Business Continuity Ran for the IT network.
> Work with other departments to forecast,suggest and impliment present or future requirements.
> Maintain back-ups of all company data at regular intervals
