Job Description:
An International Interior Design/Fit-Out Contractor that specializes in very high end interior fit out projects, is looking for an Interior Design Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to supervise their interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead, develop and coordinate the studies (quality, details, etc.) together with the team
members throughout the whole ongoing process.
• Establish the plans for the team organize and prioritize work as well as delegate the work
according to the capabilities and qualifications of colleagues.
• Control, verify and ensure all the plans and specifications done by the team are made to perfect standard.
• Finalize the plans up to company standard; have them validated by the designers before handing them over to QS, buyers and contractors.
• Coordinate the developing work with the other departments within the company as well as the sub contractors or partners (designers).
Qualification Requirements:
• University degree in Architecture, Interior Designing or Project Management.
• Must be able to use the following: AUTOCAD as well as the planning software,
PROJECT or PRIMAVERA.
• At least ten years experience required within one (or several) interior designing companies
in the GCC, including at least three years experience in managing a team.
• Fluent English is a must.
