BSc. degree in Chemical Engineering with at least-15 years minimum of varied experience in Petrochemical process operation & design, project engineering, economics and development. Experience in the petrochemical industry or in an integrated refining/petrochemical facility/company.

Primary Purpose of the Job
• Emphasis is made on conducting the projects definition and execution subject to budget, schedule and quality through the various phases of feasibility, basic design, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up.

Principal Accountability
• The position embraces the whole projects lifecycle which includes the following stages: evaluation (pre-feasibility, feasibility), development (FEED) and implementation (EPIC).
• Coordinate all defined stages of the project lifecycle of downstream Petrochemical projects with joint venture partners.
• Protect QPI’s interests when negotiating with joint venture partners and contractors.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• BSc. degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable international institution is a must with significant knowledge in Petrochemical technologies and strong awareness of economics, business development and contracts negotiations.
• Higher academic or professional qualification is preferred to embrace the project commercial dimensions and job complexity.
• At least-15 years minimum of varied experience in Petrochemical process operation & design, project engineering, economics and development. Experience in the petrochemical industry or in an integrated refining/petrochemical facility/company.
