All the applicants should be a qualified trainer with an MBA in a relevant discipline. Work experience of minimum 10 years in managing a learning and development company in the GCC / Bahrain is required. Should possess excellent knowledge of vocational training programmes and Higher National certificate and diploma business programmes. Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory.
Job Description:
◘ Ensure the organizational structure can adapt to business changes in a timely manner.
◘ Develop vocational training programmes,higher national certificates and diploma programmes.
◘ Actively seek and develop new relationships or partnerships with key organizations in Bahrain and the GCC.
◘ Design corporate leadership and management programmes to develop the business in both training and consultancy services.
