A well established retail MNC is recruiting Finance Managers. Applicants should be Chartered Accountant. Work experience of 10 to 15 years in a similar environment is required. Should be experienced in gulf and handling a large crew in a multi national company. Strong skills in MS Office is essential. Having experience in implementation of NetSuite or other ERP system will be beneficial. This post will responsible for :
> Act as the controller of finance, accounts and operations.
> Manage the preparation of the annual business and operating plan, financial forecasts and 3 or 5 year business and operating plan in accordance with the business planning process and agreed timescales.
> Identify sources for proper funding and ensure long term fund planning & arrangements as per the business requirement.
> Direct and manage financial and accounting system.
> Preparation of all financial and statistical reports for management and board use.
> Manage general ledger accounts,perform detailed audit,close journal entries,review payroll and reconcile bank accounts.
> Ensure accounting standards and principles, manage inventory policy and controls and monitor book closures and financial reporting.
> Review and report transactions between various business locations and manage monthly and year-end revenue and expenditure accruals.
> Direct and manage financial and accounting system.
> Preparation of all financial and statistical reports for management and board use.
> Manage general ledger accounts,perform detailed audit,close journal entries,review payroll and reconcile bank accounts.
> Ensure accounting standards and principles, manage inventory policy and controls and monitor book closures and financial reporting.
> Review and report transactions between various business locations and manage monthly and year-end revenue and expenditure accruals.
