A leading Middle East based bank urgently requires an Elite Banking Manager to join its dynamic team in Bahrain.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a university degree holder.

> Preference to applicants possessing MBA with Banking and Finance.
> Corporate/ Private Banking experience of minimum 10 years in a leading Regional/ International institution in the GCC is needed.

> 3 years of experience should be in a managerial position.
> Need good sales and relationship management skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Monitor the sales and business development performance and ensure proper service standards.
> Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and compliance guidelines.> Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve stated budget.
> Provide support to sales teams with respect to sales and relationship management efforts.
> Develop sales strategy and training programmes for the team to achieve targets.
