Job Role and Requirements :
Our client is a leading Global corporation providing advanced control solutions & technology to the process industry.
Based in Abu Dhabi, key responsibilities involve leading the company’s projects within the Middle East & African region, implementing project scheduling standards, driving continuous improvements to project control processes & procedures, building up the project team, assisting in identifying project productivity to help improve project margins through cost savings, assisting Project Managers in mitigating project risk by implementing best practices, ensuring integration of work processes with other regional offices, coordinating with the global training team to organize project control training and allocating resources to the allocated regions.
Applicant sought will be a qualified Engineer with 12 to 15 years experience in project controls within a complex process industry environment such as Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemicals, Power, Pharmaceuticals among others.
Ability to manage & lead teams across multiple countries & regions is essential for this role.
