Property General Manager
Our client, is a multi billion dollar international conglomerate, headquartered in Dubai with a portfolio consisting of Property Development, Industrial Catering & Food chains, Investments & Trading is looking for a Property General Manager to join their dynamic team in Egypt. The position is based in Cairo and though our client is primarily looking for Egyptian candidates located anywhere globally, but is also open to considering competent candidates of any other nationality too.
Responsibilities:
• Recommend and implement changes in the operational structure.
• Carry out the recruitment, training and performance appraisal of staff.
• Provide the strategic vision within agreed guidelines to expand market share.
• Active planning, organization and effective leadership in order to increase turnover.
• Develop budget and ensure that the expenses are met and take corrective actions, if deviations are identified.
Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, though MBA is preferred.
• Managerial experience ideally with a sales or project background in a property development organization in the GCC.
• A total of 15 years of multifunctional (worked in different departments) experience in large and reputed organizations in the Middle East, ideally Egypt.
