X Supervise and coordinate all painting activities and the workers engaged in painting and ensure compliance with overall quality, safety and environmental standards. „X Lead and coach supplemental workforce, down to the individual craftsman level, communicating project goals and validating each performer¡¦s ability to impact these goals. „X Determine personnel, spaces and equipment needs well in advance, identify major problem areas and develop solutions and work assignments to resolve these problem areas. „X Responsible to improve productivity and efficiency.
