Job description
Candidate will be able to develop PHSE Plan, PHSER, SIMOP, Loss Prevention Philosophy, Firefighting system design (including firewater demand calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, layout drawings, equipment specifications and datasheets) escape route layout drawings and F&G detection system. Review HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, RAM, FTA/FMEA QRA study reports. Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Safety Review Study (What If Analysis). Conduct job safety audits and assist Project Engineering in development and execution of projects related to safety.
Qualifications
Engineering experience should cover most of the following areas/activities: Fire detection & protection, hazardous materials, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, process safety, knowledge of loss prevention engineering practices, fire & safety codes, standards and specifications such as NFPA, OSHA, EPA, API and COMAH. QA Procedures and ISO 9001, Environmental rules and regulations and ISO 14001 are essential.
