JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

* Candidate should have 10+ years experience in handling lighting projects in

  India or in Middle East as a Profit Centre Head

* Should be able to handle a team of Sales Managers and Engineers in driving

  them to achieve their monthly sales targets

* Should be a good team leader both technically and commercially.

* Should be able to handle principals with ease and comfort on all issues.

* Good communication and presentation skills

* Languages a must: English, Hindi; Arabic as an option

* Relationship builder and good in public relations, Committed in sending reports

  and reviews, Monitoring outstandings, timely collections, inventory management

  and achieving gross profits
