Job Description

My client is the UAE’s largest manufacturing, erection and commissioning of entire industrial kitchens for major hotels, fast food establishments and restaurants. The company continues to meet the vest requirements of the recent boom in hotel and tourism industry in the GCC. The role for a Maintenance Manager (based in Sharjah) is to have complete charge of the factory machinery, coordinate staff accordingly and work closely with the factory manager with scheduling and material monitoring. 

The Duties will involve:

· Handling sales, service, and negotiations with customers

· Control and closely monitor material costs

· Prepare maintenance schedules and monitoring time sheets

· Assist with the preparation of quotations and signing of contracts

· Manage and ensure continuous and effective function of all factory machinery, utilities and building facilities, perform repairs and technical services

· Improve work techniques, develop procedures, provide direction and example to subordinates

· Improve maintenance policies and procedures

· Attend meeting with senior management team so to ensure understanding of day to day operational aspects

Profile:

· Experience in UAE maintenance of kitchen or refrigeration equipment

· Honestly and the ability to working in a team

· Management experience in a similar role for five or more people

Education: Bachelor's Degree  
 
Citizenship: Philippines
