Looking for an experienced Business Development Director in uAE.
Job Details:
* Generate leads through various methods including, acquaintances,
existing or past relationships, conferences, exhibitions,
memberships, cold calling, meetings, etc.
* To be responsible for overall commercial viability and opportunities
for Joint Venture and Asset Acquisition Division
* Searching, analysing, structuring and closing real estate investment
deals, which can be either brokerage of Joint Ventures either
sale-purchase of assets.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Financial modeling Skills.
* One year experience in the same field.
