Job Details:
*Provide expertise & best practices to ensure business transformation and adoption of best practices.
*Explain about the advantages of Siebel, encourage the users, training, process improvements, change management
*Prepare recommendations for workshops required with business management teams.
*Performing client change management planning, communications and assistance for the aligned Wave and wider Contact Centre initiatives.
Requirements:
-Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree
-Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering highly preferred
-Expertise with sales and marketing modules in the bank
-Previous, relevant experience is preferable
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
