Call Center Agent -Job Description:
· High School as a Minimum education qualification.
· 0-2 years general experience
· Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller
· Customer service experience
· Primarily Arabic Language – speak/read/write skills ; moderate in English
· Good communications skills
· Knowledge of MS office
· Candidates Active on Social Media are preferred ( Facebook, twitter, Instagram … )
Additional requirements
· Keyboard proficiency and MS Office/PC skills – minimum 40 wpm
· Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
· Be self-motivated and take initiative
· Work well with a team and be co‐operative
· Empathy and Customer Service Orientation
· Attention to detail and Result Orientation
