JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a higher accounting qualification with a BS degree or equivalent.
> Work experience of at least 2 years is needed.
> Preference to applicants with experience in a financial or accounting firm and a good sense of management.
> Should have good organizational skills and team spirit.
> Skills in Arabic will be an advantage.
> Need knowledge of ORACLE and HFM software.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Provide support to this growing business across the Middle East.
> Co ordination and completion of month-end processes including accounts payable.
> Following up on employees’ time sheets and overseeing all interoffice transactions such as reviews.
> Entry and invoicing.
> Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis together with monitoring accruals and prepayments alongside the Financial Controller.
> Assist in all company statutory matters such as banking, auditors and lawyers.
> Deal with any ad hoc tax or legal matters.
> Preparation of local budget.
> Assist in cost saving initiatives and liaison with other support departments such as Human Resources.
