A leading organisation in Oman urgently requires a HR Officer with 2 years of work experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
> applicants should be a BSc Degree hiolder in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
> More than 2 years of working experience in Human Resources is needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Develop and maintain effective oral and written communication links with all Daleel Staff to ensure understanding of and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and programs.
> Reviews the Company’s policies, procedures & guidelines in light of practices in the area, recommending changes as required.
> Maintains data related to staff and administration function in appropriate HR database
> Consider, suggest, and implement initiatives and solutions in support of HR Goals and Objectives.
> Manage and handle all HR and administration processes.
> Ensures the accuracy and integrity of personnel data.
> Maintain staff personnel files.
> Preparation and review of monthly staff payroll.
> Advise and recommend changes in HR processes which can best support the business requirements.
> Entire administrative requirements necessary to accurately reflect actions within the HR system.
> Manage recruitment activities including interviews arrangements and handling all onboarding activities.
> Take initiation in administrative actions and procedures necessary to effectively recruit, place, and account for necessary personnel.
> Identifying training needs for staff with help of Managers and work towards implementation of training and development plans
> Develop personnel requisition forms (PRF’s) for job openings in conjunction with hiring managers that accurately reflect the position knowledge, skills, abilities and experience requirements.
