As a member of the management team you will share responsibility for ensuring that day-to-day management of a department and visitors have the best possible visit and fun, in a safe environment.
The post holder will manage all secondary spend facilities on site and ensuring that all revenue opportunities are maximized.
The post holder will promote the company’s vision and values and quality manage its standards.
The main focus of any retail & Catering manager's job is to improve the commercial performance of the stores by increasing its turnover. Achieving performance objectives will require action in one of the main areas of retail activity:
• Store operations;
• finance; buying;
• customer care;
• marketing;
Skills:
• You would need to be a good motivator and leader,
• Good at thinking quickly and sorting out problems on the spot,
• Able to stay calm in a crisis.
• Have an appreciation of customer expectations and commercial demands, willing to work long hours
• A smart personal appearance
• Good communication skills
• Be excellent organizers
• Have team leadership skills
