Instructing and supporting the personnel & clients through the methods of instruction and support of the company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Instructing courses with the excellent quality that company expects following standard Training Procedures and participates/develop the course material
Keeping up-to-date of changes in technology and introduction of new software products
Constantly learning and preparing for new classes
Answering all designated support questions from participants & personnel
Turning in all required paperwork to appropriate personnel (Class Rosters, Evaluations, Expense Reports, Evaluation Scores/reports etc)
Making sure that all questions asked in class that were not answered in class are followed up on and answered.
Making sure that the classroom to be taught in is equipped with proper working equipment and materials before each class begins
Keeping other Instructors informed of tips, tricks or any problems having to do with a particular software package
Filling in Manual Change Request forms when an error is found in a manual and submitting the forms to Corporation
Notifying the proper personnel about any hardware or software problems encountered in class
Working with all of the other people in the operations area as a team player, and being committed to the overall success of the operations department and the company as a whole
Exhibiting an enthusiastic and positive attitude in day to day activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in IT
Internationally recognized certification in IT; such as Microsoft Office Certified Specialist (MOS) or Microsoft Office Certified Trainer (MOT) etc… It is also preferred if the candidate has any of the following: Microcomputer Training Experience, and/or Business Work Experience
English and Arabic fluency. (French language is a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Dependable, Hard Working individual who is self-confident
Responsible person who is a self-starter
Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic mental attitude
PLEASE NOTE THAT ARABIC SPEAKING IS MANADATORY & FRENCH LANGUAG IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
