A global insurance company is seeking highly qualified Group Medical Manager to join their management team in UAE.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the day-to-day management, underwriting and operations of health and medical, new products development and documentation for medical and health products.
· Ensure profitability of medical line of business.
· Develop sound underwriting guidelines and constantly review it to keep up with market changes and ensure all procedures and underwriting guidelines are fully adhered to by supporting staff.
Requirements:
· University graduate or with insurance qualification, ACII or equivalent.
· Relevant working experience in operations of health and medical insurance.
· Strong organizational ability and good leadership skills; Self motivated and committed.
