Designation: Project Architectural  Engineer

Job Description:

The person will be part of Engineering & contracting team at development center based in IMPZ and will be reporting to Project Manager.

Project Architectural Engineer apply mathematical and scientific principles to Interior design, concentrating on structural demands and functionality while taking into account economic and safety factors. 

Architectural engineer need to be able to diagram designs manually as well as through computer-aided drafting (CAD). Since they often work in teams, good communication skills are necessary. Architectural engineer must also be comfortable in different work environments; they often divide their time between offices and construction sites.

Desired Profile:

ØCandidate must hold Degree related to Architect/Interior Decoration/Civil Engineering with 5-7years experience in UAE/GCC

ØExcellent communication skills, both written and oral

ØHigh levels of creativity, imagination and vision

ØA keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects to their conclusion

ØWillingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure

ØExcellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)

ØStrong mathematical skills

ØA keen eye for the detail of specific tasks, combined with an understanding of how such specifics fit in with the project as a whole

ØOrganizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks

ØAn analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability

ØLeadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals
