Only candidates who are university degree holder in business management or engineering may apply. Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC in a similar environment is required. Should possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Should be a strategic thinker and result oriented personality with good team playing spirit.
Job Description:
> Dealing with sales and after sales support including processing of customer inquiries and sending them quotations.
> Provision of support to sales team in developing sales plans.
> Execution of orders and order confirmation along with related documentation including billing.
> Liaison with finance, sales, warehouse, logistics and technical teams.
> Analysis including fast and slow moving items, back orders, lost orders.
> Support sales team to expedite sale of the slow moving/dead stock.
> Effective filing system by-customer and by-supplier.
> Periodical follow up with customer for collection of past dues.
> Coordination with technical team for resolution of customer technical claims and with finance for issuance of credit notes as required.
