A well established investment advisory boutique in KSA has the vacancies for an Internal Control Manager. All the applicants should be a bachelor's degree holder in Accounting,Finance or similar discipline. Preference will be given to MBA graduates. Work experience of 5 - 10 years' in investment banking in the GCC is required. Working experience in a finance, accounting or auditing department is mandatory. Key duties to be performed by this position are :
> Evaluate the need for an Internal Audit function.
> Conduct inspection and perform audits to determine the gaps that exist in the internal control policies.
> Implement necessary training to ensure employees have adequate awareness and understanding of internal control standards.
> Help develop policies that make up the controls.
> Conduct inspection and perform audits to determine the gaps that exist in the internal control policies.

> Work with department heads in accounting and other areas to ensure enforcement of policies.
