Right now, JESCO is in the formation stage and expected to be operational by 2009. Located in Jubail Industrial City – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will produce 400, 000 of Seamless Pipes per annum.
Job description
Ensure the tools, inserts, materials and consumables as the production schedule request. Controlling and keeping in evidence the MCD (Measurement Controlling Device). Collaborate with Quality Dept.( Metrology) for verification and calibration. Record all documents with MCD verification and calibration. Assure the traceability of the identification for each measuring device. Perform daily maintenance on MCDs. Perform monthly inventory for tools, measurement devices and materials.
Qualifications
Technical / Vocational High School, with 3 years in CNC and Threading. Must be familiar with tools/equipments used in Seamless Pipe production plant.
