JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

-Applicant must be a High School Graduate.

-Contact Center Experience, specially in Telesales and Telemarketing (Freshers can also apply).

-Must be a Customer service oriented. 

-Computer literacy (Internet Explorer, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Power Point). 

-Fluency in English communication.

-Highly motivated with excellent listening skills. 

-Computer Proficiency.
