-Ensure accuracy of the information provided to customers
-Request support from Team Leader if required.
-Keep customer information confidential. 
-Receive customer complaints /suggestions /comments.



Requirement:
*Diploma / University Degree required
*Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
*Developed telephonic skills
*Familiarity with MS-Office package and Databases
*Proficiency in English/Arabic
