Applicants must be able for coordinating all technical studies (Eg: geotech, topographical, grid connection, environmental etc.), liaising with local suppliers to obtain local pricing for epc and o&m work packages, as well as, liaising with local authorities and government departments to obtain permits or to ease passage of permits.
