A leading international energy services company in UAE requires a Senior Workshop Technician.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess formal training or qualification in the similar field.�
> Should be familiar with ISO 1940/1 and its application to dynamic balance tolerance.
> Need product specific experience with Solar and Siemens product lines.�
> Should demonstrate excellent Quality and HSE leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Assembling, disassembling and repairing of industrial gas turbines for both rotating sub assemblies and static sub-assemblies.
> Interpret and apply complex component and assembly 2D and 3D drawings to the assembly process.
> Use standard measuring equipment and interpret vernier scaling.�
> Check rotor assembly conncentricity and stack up error.�
> Operate modern day dynamic balancing equipment.�
> Assemble turbine stator segments on static diaphragms as well as handle compressors and turbine blading.
