* 3 years' ecommerce product/category merchandising experience in a
  retail organisation.
* Strong analytical, statistical and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of key merchandising planning principles and systems.
* Exposure to ecommerce at an operational level, including category
  and business planning through to implementation.
* Excellent numeric, analytic and IT skills.
