JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by: Al Saedan Real Estate, KSA

Requirements:

Applicant must be able (responsible) for reviewing tenant applications for eligibility, maintaining and purging waiting lists, showing available units, following housing procedures for processing eligible applicants, working diligently to ensure that all new move-in files are complete and orderly, walking property at least twice per day and to monitor the overall appearance of the property.

Be a highly motivated person with excellent managerial skills.
