A leading oil and gas company in GCC is looking for suitable candidates for the post of Administration / Training Supervisor to join their crew in Bahrain. Applicants should be a degree holder in HR / Business Administration or similar discipline. Work experience of minimum 5 years in HR is required. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in Oil and Gas industry. Fluent communication skills in Arabic and 
English is essential. Key responsibilities to be performed by this post are :
> Develop an annual training plan consistent with company strategy and designed to support business outcomes.
> Design, resource and deliver training programs orrecommend externally-provided programs, which meet the needs of individual employees.
> Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
> Compile handbooks, manuals, guides and other materials in oreder to ensure that training programs are delivered with high quality resources.
> Apply practical change management techniques to ensure training and development interventions impact employee behaviors and business outcomes.
> Analyze the training needs of individuals or groups ofemployees to develop training programs that enhance their know- how, skills, and performance.
