Looking for experienced IT Engineer in Qatar.
Job Details:
* Desktop/Laptop on-site and phone support.
* Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for
hardware/software problems.
* Provide initial assessment of urgency and business
impact on all support calls.
* Manage service requests, software installations, new
computer setups, upgrades, etc.
Job Requirements :
* Should have good experience VMware virtualization
for Desktop and Servers.
* Good communication skill in English.
* Must have engineering degree holder.
* Minimum 2-5 year experience.
