Capabilities & Resposibilities 

To take rough clients brief of electrical Installation ana convert It In to a working
set of drawings and specification Outline design concept will have been established.
Once documents are produced and issued to tender you are expected to manage the project, attend monthty design meetings, assess contractor valuations cany out site inspections and issue snagging reports
Have a reasonable understanding or be prepared to learn about mechanical installations
Ensure coordination between M&E installations takes place 
Systems expected to be able to design are:
• Lighting power distribution
• Substations
• CCTV
• MV/LV
• Switch Gear
• Emergency■lighting Access control
• Small power Structured wiring
• Trunklng and tray routes External lighting
• Rre alarm Mechanical wiring
• Security
Use of Auto Cad.
Use of lEE 16 cable calculation software, 
Use of Cymap calculation software

Qualification 

Degree/ Diploma Qualified Design Engineer
Electrical background
1-2 + years relevant experience s Good technical skills essential
Irish/ UK experience a dear advan tage
Good communication skills 
Team-player
