Job description: 

Ability to analyze and recommend solutions based upon requirements and adherence to standards, perform problem determination, troubleshooting, monitoring and testing of LAN/WAN and telecommunication environments using various network hardware and software solutions like; BlueCoat SG Proxy, HP OpenView, Cisco Works, Solarwinds, Altiris deployment. Directing integration of IT operations, computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications and data processing.
