Job Description:

A reputable Construction Company based in the UAE requires the following Engineer: MEP ESTIMATION ENGINEER

*Must have a Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and five to seven years of experience in estimation or exposure to MEP tendering in the field of high-rise towers, commercial buildings, schools, etc., and a proven track record in the UAE / Gulf country.

 *Prepare detailed cost breakdown as per the scope requirements, subcontracts, indirect costs, etc., and must have good exposure to project execution management, estimation, materials costing and purchasing, tendering and specifications for projects.

 *Conduct site investigations to identify and assess details of scope and able to prepare technical proposals including statements, planning inputs, data sheets, and capable to build relationships and liaise with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs and specifications. Additional duties and responsibilities related to the job may be assigned as required.
