Applications are invited for the post of Estimating Manager 

My client a large contractor, is seeking a Estimating Manager to head up the estimating department, there will be 10 people in your team office based, and one on site QS under your leadership.

Other Duties include: 

• Manage the Estimating team 

•Study the scope of work, project's schedule, potential major resources and construction  equipment to be utilized. 
 
• Assists in the proposal package development. 

• Identifies the critical materials to be estimated. 

• Assists in the selection of the reference vendor quotation. 

• Ensures the assessment of costs of all project activities.

Skills:

Relevant educational background 

Relevant experience in quantity surveying 

Proper Quantity Surveyor degree/certificate
