Qualification Requirements:

= BA. In Human Resources discipline or equivalent.

= Six to Eight years work experience in personnel administration 
   work in oil /gas industry.

= Hands on experience in SAP HRMS would be advantages.

Role:

= Administers the implementation of the Company’s Policies and 

   Procedures relating to leaves, expenses claims and allowance etc.

= Completes a wide range of documents relating to recruitment and

   termination and prepares salary comparisons etc.
