Qualifications :

BSc. in an Engineering discipline preferably mechanical or chemical. 5 yrs in oil terminal operations. OR Completion of
Secondary education (12 yrs) followed by 3 yrs full time training leading to a Diploma in a technical trade. 8 yrs in oil
terminal operations.
