To support Group Legal Advisor in all Legal matters and to assist all Group Companies for any Legal Consultation.
Requirement:
•Bachelor Degree in Law from reputed university (LLB).
•15 years of experience with legal firm or major corporate Business Entity in KSA.
•Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Construction Industry with thorough knowledge in FIDIC contracts.
•Thorough knowledge of Saudi Laws & Regulations.
•Be well versed in drafting commercial contracts & agreements in Arabic & English.
•Skills in studying, advising Legal claims & disputes by demonstrating high negotiation skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office, English language.
