About the role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Barman to join our F&B team at the Lowry Hotel & Spa Resort, the Europe’s most
exciting resort, forming part of Rocco Forte Hotels
Directly reporting to the Bar Manager he/she is responsible for the delivering of Bar services and beverage product, ensuring
at all times customer satisfaction, and high quality of service as required by the resort and company standards.
In particular he/she will deal with:
He/she responsible for welcoming guest at the bar and escorting them at their table.
He/she is responsible for the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktail drinks respecting measures and
the recipes as established by company and F&B standards.
He/she prepares garnishes for drinks and replenishes snacks for bar patrons.
He/she maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and
promotion of beverages.
He/she responsible for taking customer orders.
He/she clearly explains the beverage list suggesting and promoting the listed products.
He/she, ensuring the proper timing of delivering of customers commands.
He/she is responsible for the correct setting the bar counter as the standards and policies of Bar Dpts and F&B procedures.
He/she washes and sterilizes glassware and other bar tools, clears and resets tables in bar area, maintains cleanliness in
all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
He/she assists the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
He/she responsible for the correct for the right charges of the bills, ensuring proper application of the resort and company
procedures and policies.
Ideally candidates have 2-3 years experience in the same position, essential experience in luxury hospitality, excellent
Language Requirements: Any of English (Basic English),French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch and a little others,
But English writing would be preferred when filling outthe application for the job vacancy
